How do I register?

- IF YOU BELONG TO A PROFUTURO PROJECT:

You must request registration from the coordinator / coach of the country to which you belong.

Once registered on the platform, in a few days you will receive in your email account (with which you have been registered on the platform) an activation email for your account.

Make sure that the email has arrived and remember that sometimes it is necessary to also check the spam trays.

If you do not receive the email, contact your coordinator again to verify your platform registration process.

How can I recover my password?

If you have forgotten your password or it does not work, through the Sign in button (at the top of the right side of the screen), you will see the link I forgot my password.

Once this is done, you must complete the information to be able to restore the password: e-mail and captcha from Google.

When you click on Send new password , the security question you selected when you signed up will appear and once you answer it and click on Send password, the new one will arrive to your email. Remember that you can change it later in Profile.

Make sure that the mail has arrived and remember that sometimes you also need to check the spam trays.

Having problems accessing your account?

If you have a user on the platform and need to recover your account, send an email with the details of the incident to the support email box: soporte@fundacionprofuturo.org

How do I change my personal information?

To change personal data, you must access to My Profile. There you will find the link Edit. Click on it and you can modify your image and your personal data. Also you can complete the additional information that is not requested in the registry.

Once the data has been modified, remember to click on the Save button.

These data will be the ones that will be included in the certificates of the courses that you finish or in the activity in general that you carry out in the environment, so make sure that the information you include fits what you need to appear in them.

How can I change my password?

You can change the password as many times as you want. To do this you should access Your Profile, it's on the top menu and click on Change password. Once the new password is saved you can return to your profile.

How can I unsubscribe from the ProFuturo educational platform?

You can request to unsubscribe as an user of our portal through the support email: soporte@fundacionprofuturo.org
